Star's and Diamonds Certification In June 22th of 2004 OlmecaPlaza Hotel Villahermosa was certificated in the Star's & Diamonds normatively , norm that was impulse by the Tourism Secretary, The Mexican Association of Hotels & Motels and the National Tourist Business Counsel , and it is oriented to evaluate the classification of lodging establishments in the entire world and would get an international criterion.
		"H" Distinctive Hygienical Manipulation of Food Last November 22th of 2004 we were honored with the presence of IMNC (Instituto Mexicano de Normalización y Certificación A.C. - Mexican Institute of normalization and certification), to carry out the certification of our Hotel OlmecaPlaza Villahermosa. H Distinctive is a hygienic program that implements in a voluntary way hotels, restaurants, industrial dining rooms, oriented to generate a culture of quality, hygiene and security, in the preparation and handling of the food that is offer in these establishments.
